Mike is a Regional Partner with responsibilities across our Winchester and Oxford offices. He is responsible for strategic client relationships, bid leadership, programme oversight and the delivery of complex capital projects across both public and private sectors.
Mike is a Chartered Project Manager with over 25 years’ experience spanning education, hospitality, healthcare, heritage and arts and culture. He has led award winning, transformative capital programmes for Higher Education clients, the MoD and residential developers in addition to landmark projects in sensitive settings for private and public sector organisations.
Mike combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, offering clients senior accountability from inception to completion. His core strengths encompass programme and project management, procurement strategy, NEC and JCT contract administration, stakeholder engagement and risk management. He is equally at home chairing board-level discussions or working alongside construction teams on site. He is relentlessly focused on delivering outcomes that exceed client expectations.
