Tom is a Regional Partner with responsibilities across our North and Midlands Region. He oversees operations across the Gloucester and Manchester offices, leading regional strategy, supporting project delivery, and ensuring consistent performance, quality, and client service across all teams.
Tom has 20 years of experience in the construction sector and is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He has worked in both contractor and consultancy environments and has led landmark projects including The Royal Porcelain Works in Worcester, Bristol Airport, and major residential and infrastructure schemes exceeding £100m.
Tom’s core capabilities include commercial leadership, cost management, procurement strategy, and programme oversight. He is skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and navigating complex project environments. His strengths lie in clear communication, collaborative problem‑solving, and providing pragmatic, commercially focused guidance that supports successful project outcomes.
