Thomas is the Office Partner for our Manchester office. He is responsible for regional client relationships, bid management and the delivery of complex capital projects across both public and private sectors within the Northern Region.
Tom is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience spanning healthcare, heritage, education, hospitality and arts and culture. He has led award winning, transformative capital Works for Local Authorities and NHS Trusts, most notably including the Town Hall Complex Transformation Programme for Manchester City Council and the Paterson Redevelopment project for The Christie NHS Trust.
Thomas offers direct accountability, a track record of successfully delivering projects, and a deep understanding of delivering complex capital refurbishments. His unique experience also covers MEP Cost Management, allowing a holistic understanding of capital investment.
