William is a Partner responsible for the Quantity Surveying team operating out of our Winchester office, providing strategic commercial, procurement and cost management advice across complex construction and infrastructure projects. He works closely with clients, design teams and delivery partners to ensure projects are commercially sound, effectively governed and deliver successful outcomes.
William is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and commercial advisor with extensive experience delivering projects across the public and private sectors. Throughout his career he has advised local authorities, NHS Trusts, education providers, developers and private sector clients on some of their most challenging capital investment programmes.
His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from business case development, funding strategies and procurement through to contract administration, risk management and project delivery. William is particularly recognised for providing clear, pragmatic commercial advice, helping clients navigate complex projects while maintaining focus on value, risk and successful delivery. William is also the Commercial Director for FulWard, the joint venture with Fulkers Bailey Russell that is purpose built to serve the CPS2 framework.
