As one of Ward Williams’ founding partners, Andy has over 40 years’ experience in the business, construction and property sectors, leading projects and working with multiple stakeholders across a diverse portfolio in the UK and Middle East. He leads our sustainability advisory team.
As an experienced leader of complex projects across a breadth of sectors, including maritime infrastructure, sports and leisure facilities, mixed-use, commercial and residential, Andy supported the delivery of the unique Stirling Prize winning Lord’s Media Centre project, the world’s first aluminium semi-monocoque building.
His extensive experience includes leadership roles in allied development and construction companies, he is also an experienced non-executive director with business engagement and charitable environmental organisations. Andy is a committed campaigner on environmental issues relating to water quality and marine conservation and was instrumental in Ward Williams becoming a B Corp.
As comfortable out on site as he is in the boardroom, Andy’s leadership experience is invaluable to any project and contractual situation.
