Dwaine has over 14 years of experience in the sector, leading strategic development projects comprising complex land assembly, master-planning and infrastructure delivery. With extensive expertise in residential, utilities and industrial developments, Dwaine brings an innovative approach to support clients in realising end value whilst maintaining an astute commercial overview of effective procurement and project delivery.
His collegiate approach and hands on leadership helps to build effective project teams where the focus is the best project outcome.
With particular expertise and experience in early-stage cost planning and value management, Dwaine intimately understands the art of effective cost management that delivers creative viability for clients.
