As a Partner at Ward Williams, Jeremy leads the delivery of complex construction, regeneration and infrastructure programmes. His role covers strategic project leadership, programme management, procurement, stakeholder engagement, commercial management, and the leadership of multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects from concept through to completion and operation.
Jeremy has over 30 years of experience in project and programme management across the workspace, education, infrastructure, leisure, heritage and residential sectors.
Having started his career as a Civil Engineer, he has successfully led major regeneration and development projects in France, London and the Southwest of England. He has extensive expertise in procurement, commercial negotiations, framework delivery, risk management, sustainability, and the management of complex stakeholder environments.
