Simon is the National Head of Project Management for Ward Williams.
Simon has been working across all sectors of the built environment for over 15 years. Notable projects include, the Hall For Cornwall, The Wave and Nightingale Projects.
Simon has deep experience supporting Healthcare Trusts from the delivery of smaller schemes up to New Hospitals. Frequently live environments, with multiple stakeholders and critical dependencies, these projects demand the highest capabilities of Project Management.
Most recently Simon has closely with Trusts to assist the development of Business Cases to secure funding for Endoscopy and Community Diagnostic Centres and NHP schemes at Bournemouth, Poole and Plymouth. Simon has supported the Trust with development of both OBC and FBC submissions through to successful award.
