We have been appointed to manage the Hurlingham Club’s masterplan to transform and modernise the heritage estate.
The works will be delivered in phases over five years, and range from improved dining and hospitality, to new sports facilities for members, including gyms and a cricket pavilion.
Our team have become integral to the overall delivery of the estates, delivering all aspects of the transformation from decant and archiving royal art to integrating procurement innovation and managing the interface between major construction and members, who rightly demand continuous access to their club and its facilities.
