We partnered with Sainsbury’s for their new store development programme, managing more than forty-five individual sites and mixed-use projects, all at differing phases of the delivery process.
These ranged from site identification and pre-development feasibility; risk management reviews and financial appraisals; through to securing detailed planning permissions.
The role then progressed to overseeing the construction of these complex food stores and mixed-use developments on site, monitoring against strict programme delivery dates.
