Our work on the campus masterplan across Devon and Cornwall, includes remodelling laboratories to create state-of-the-art teaching spaces and strategic consultancy services, particularly in space planning, sustainability and cost-saving benefits.
Decarbonisation and Retrofitting
The programme also includes the decarbonisation of the Streatham Campus through retrofitting, reconfiguration and efficiency.
Our work also includes the construction of the Wellbeing Centre and initial feasibility through to handover, of new ACDP Category 2 laboratory spaces at the Penryn campus which achieved BREEAM Excellent certification.
