As Regional Partner of Ward Williams, David is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of the South East Regional Hub comprising the London and Winchester offices.
David is a ‘hands on’ Surveyor working with both Private and Public Clients. He is a Chartered Surveyor having worked for developers, contractors and consultants over a 30+ year career.
Actively involved during crucial feasibility, cost planning and procurement stages of a project and always strives for best value on behalf of his clients challenging design, specification and buildability issues without compromising design, quality or vision.
Experience covers private, public and super prime residential; commercial; pharmaceutical; research; education; retail; renewable Energy; industrial and infrastructure/S278 Works.
David has worked on some of the largest regeneration schemes in London notably Wood Wharf, New Covent Garden Market and Nine Elms Regeneration alongside experience of the most significant super prime residential developments for private clients.
