300 Harrow Road is a mixed-use development of 112 new homes with over 1,400 sq.m of community facilities including a new community hall, nursery, flexible workspace and canal-side café.

A sitewide network of air source heat pumps, 300% more efficient than standard gas boilers, along with roof-mounted solar panels will create enough energy to offset energy costs by 36%, resulting in considerable savings on electricity bills for residents. The project included delivery of a thorough waste elimination plan.
