We were appointed to deliver a new, inspiring residentially led, mixed-use development with additional public open spaces.
The project consisted of 180 units (79 affordable, 94 private and 7 shared ownership) together with commercial space split over two blocks.
It is situated alongside network rail tracks and the high street (West End Lane) Following demolition of all existing buildings, the development ranged from three to seven storeys and included 763m²of flexible non-residential use, 1093m² of employment floorspace, 63m² of community meeting space, cycle parking, landscaping and new vehicular access.
This impressive scheme includes a central energy centre, supplying the energy requirements of the entire development.
