This new build office accommodates 600+ staff and includes a central atrium for the main reception and public facilities, with an open plan flexible work-space over three floors.
The award-winning development was a part of a wider office rationalisation strategy, enabling staff to relocate from dispersed, inefficient and smaller offices to a single purpose built, flexible, efficient and sustainable facility.
The building has energy-efficient design driven by a challenging DEC rating and incorporates 200kw photovoltaics to generate on-site renewable energy, low energy LED lighting, improved insulation, air-tightness and measures to reduce water consumption.
