The building will feature smart technology, innovative architectural and interior design, with greenery and wellness facilities throughout.
Net zero carbon both in construction and operation.
Ev0 will utilise a unique timber frame to capture and store carbon via sequestration. All energy required by the development will either be generated on-site or provided by Bruntwood Group’s co-operative wind farm, making Ev0 completely electric.
Ev0 will achieve the LETI 2020 design targets for ‘upfront carbon’, RIBA’s 2025 targets for whole life carbon, UKGBC’s Paris Proof operational energy use targets, and BREEAM Excellent ratings.
