We helped Pendennis deliver the RIBA Stirling Prize winning, Lord’s Media Centre.

Widely praised for its extraordinary technical achievements in design and innovative construction techniques to achieve the brief, the project relied heavily on the imagination and close collaboration of the delivery teams at every step of the way.

Leveraging Superyacht technologies developed by Pendennis shipbuilders in Falmouth, the media centre became the first all-aluminium, semi-monocoque building in the world.

We supported Pendennis with the pre-construction of the structure and the logistical challenge of transporting and reconstructing twenty-six aluminium building modules from Cornwall to central London.

We are proud to have contributed to the project, and the blueprint it has become for our ways of working.
