We were appointed to lead the delivery of the 100 hectare development, from initial conception through to delivery, over a period in excess of 10 years.
The project consisted of 1,300 new homes, a primary school, commercial units, community facilities and new highways junctions.
Key to our client was the ability to facilitate access to their housebuilding partners at agreed points during the programme, ensuring their contract obligations were met.
Alongside this, the requirements of the Section 106 Agreement had to be managed to ensure their obligations were delivered at certain occupation milestones; for example delivery of the Primary School.
