This entailed the construction of a 20,000ft² warehouse with mezzanine offices, car parking and an external yard area, and providing for the construction of a second 50,000ft² warehouse with mezzanine offices, external yard, car park and landscaping, with additional road to access both units. Equivalent construction standard to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and EPC B.
A key objective for this development is to provide both commercial and industrial manufacturing and warehouse development opportunities in an area that currently has very limited commercial space.
