We have partnered Bristol Airport for over a decade, delivering strategically important projects to facilitate the airport’s rapid expansion.
West Terminal Extension – The works included excavation for the basement and erection of the steel and precast-concrete frame for the ground, first and upper mezzanine floors, and a new service yard for main terminal deliveries. Fit-out works included a baggage carousel extension, reconfiguration of arrivals and UK Border Force areas and updating of retail units. On the first floor a new central search area was constructed, including X-ray equipment and search rooms.
Car Rental Consolidation Centre – The centre relocated multiple car-rental facilities into a single consolidated home, with check in/out desks, office/meeting space and welfare facilities.
Standard 3 Baggage Belts – Replacement works, maintaining a strict landside/airside construction boundary, and the successful installation of specialist equipment and services, whilst working in a live airport environment.
