We were appointed by Robert Hitchins on the phased primary infrastructure at Fiddington, Gloucestershire.
The 135-acre site includes a 74,000ft² Dobbies Garden Centre, a 16,000ft² Cotswold outlet centre and 850 new build homes. The development situated at junction 9 of the M5 motorway also includes two signalised junctions.
Our work included a feasibility report for the scheme and the provision of full pre- and post-contract services such as the production of cost plans, cost estimates, bill of quantities, running a fully competitive tender process, compiling the contract documents; also valuations, cost reporting and agreement of the final account.
