We were appointed by Urban Splash to transform the Grade 1 Melville building

This encompassed a new restaurant, retail and commercial spaces, providing a multi-faceted tenant offering that complements and benefits the existing occupants and visitors to the yard.

Our heritage expertise enabled the careful preservation of the original fabric of the building and secured cost and carbon savings. At the same time, innovative new approaches enabled the delivery of office, gym and cinema technologies within the existing fabric of the building.

Our commitment to service excellence was instrumental in the successful completion of this project, overseeing the project from inception to completion on time, in budget and to the highest standards.
