Renewables and Energy

Sector overview

Our commitment to renewable technologies and sustainability is at the core of what we do.

Andy Snapes

Renewables and Energy Lead

With experience encompassing on-shore wind, trans-continental inter-connectors, land-based solar, geothermal energy, and battery storage, we are well placed to advise clients across all aspects of our service delivery.

As an early adopter of carbon reduction, environmental improvement and mitigation initiatives, we are at the forefront of supporting renewables and energy developments in the built environment.

The challenges of achieving sustainability goals while maintaining cost-efficiency places significant pressure on clients to innovate and optimise every aspect of construction.

Addressing these challenges requires strategic planning, advanced project management, rigorous cost management, and strong collaboration across multiple disciplines.

Addressing these challenges requires strategic planning, advanced project management, rigorous cost management, and strong collaboration across multiple disciplines.

The sector also contends with rapid technological advancements, necessitating continual adaptation and upgrading of construction practices and materials. To control these variables, we deploy effective risk management, innovative procurement, and flexible contractual relationships to deliver assured and comprehensive outcomes.

As attested by our Queen’s Award for Enterprise – Sustainable Development and our leading B Corp Certification score, we are justifiably proud of our attainments in this area.

“This commitment to sustainability aligns with EPC targets, ensuring a greener, more efficient, and valuable real estate landscape for the future.”
